　　Friend Company is a professional, faithful and practical enterprise that is engaged in the production of rotational molds. With the great efforts of the staffs, the company is able to control the whole production procedures including designing, typing, wood moulding, casting, CNC finishing, closing, transportation, after-sales services and visiting back. Now, it is capable of manufacturing 200 sets of rotational molds yearly.
The company consistently holds on to complete subsidiary industrial chains. It has a strong desire to cooperate with the foreign departments. The raw materials of the molds are authentic and the accessories are durable with excellent functions.
Now we have two CNC machining centers (working travel: 1600×900mm;1200×550mm), two milling machines, several drill machines and lathes and one coordinate machine. There are seven fixed out-sourcing CNC machining centers (the largest working travel: 2100×100 mm).
We can provide various processing services for the surfaces of molds as follows:
1: sand blasted surface – scrub the mold surface
2: shot blasting surface (optional thickness) – rough surface with obvious blasted grains.
3: finished surface – smooth surface
4: mirror surface – smooth and bright surface
5: chemical etching surface – special grained surface
You can choose the treatment effect of the mold surface according to the specific purposes of the products.
